The Second Authority for Television and Radio regulates commercial broadcasts in Israel – television channels Reshet, Keshet and regional radio stations. In addition, the Second Authority transmits Israeli free-to-air television channels –  11, 12, 13,  20, 23,  33, 99 11HD and those radio stations that will select to join the IDAN+ digital terrestrial transmission system, free of charge and without a subscription fee.
